In our current healthcare system, the traditional doctor’s office environment has serious limitations. Too often the office is busy, the patient feels rushed, and the focus is placed in the immediate physical need, rather than on wellness and prevention. Patients often feel that their physician does not have time to listen to them or to know them as individuals. This old paradigm lacks an integrative approach to care, and leaves the patient feeling unsatisfied and their complex health issues unaddressed.
At CMC, we believe in establishing a personal and cooperative partnership with our patients. We have designed our Premier Patient Plan for individuals who desire expanded medical consultation that emphasizes overall health and prevention---but also crave a more relaxing, personalized experience, without feeling like a number. The Premier Patient Plan is more than a traditional concierge, VIP, or executive health plan. We recognize that true well being is complex, dynamic, and unique to each individual. In addition to offering extra time with ----and access to--- your physician, PPP members will enjoy free admission to all wellness seminars and events offered at CMC to support and guide you as you achieve your health and wellness goals.
Our Annual Plan includes:
- Annual Executive Physical* — complete physical exam, preventative health screenings and blood tests, expanded consultation with pysician.
- One annual Nutrition consultation
- FREE admission for all classes, programs, and events offered at CMC
- Direct access to physician via email or phone for medical concerns
