What is CMC?
We are a primary care/Internal Medicine doctor’s office that combines traditional medical care with innovative wellness resources with the goal of preventing disease and improving your quality of life. We offer a concierge plan, the Premier Patient Plan, for individuals who are looking for more time with --- and access to --- their physician. We are currently accepting traditional patients, and accept most major insurance plans. See our complete list of services.
Are you an Urgent Care Clinic?
No. Although an urgent care will provide treatment for your immediate medical issues, your long term health needs are often overlooked. At CMC, we believe in establishing long term relationships with our patients, and are committed to providing comprehensive, personalized medical care. We see patients by appointment to minimize your wait time. We do treat urgent medical conditions, including sprains, minor cuts, cold/flu. If you have an urgent medical issue, please call our office and we will make every effort to schedule an appointment as soon as possible.
Do you offer alternative treatments like acupuncture, massage, or chiropractic treatments?
No. We offer traditional medical care that is supplemented by innovative services that are geared toward helping you achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle in order to prevent disease and improve your quality of life. Alternative treatments can be a valuable part of a comprehensive health care treatment plan. Although we do not specialize in these treatments, we will assist you in determining if these options are right for you.
Do I have to purchase a membership to be a patient at CMC?
No. Our Premier Patient Plan is an option for those who wish to maximize their time with their physician and access to services at CMC. However, you may schedule regular appointments with the Dr. Rashid, much like a traditional doctor’s office. We provide high quality, personalized care to all patients.
Can I participate in events, services or seminars if I’m not a patient at CMC?
Yes. Anyone can sign up for events, seminars, counseling, or other services.
Are you open late hours or on weekends?
Our current schedule is Monday-Friday, 9-5. We have received several requests for extended or weekend appointments, and are considering this option. Please continue to check our website for updates in our schedule.
Do you accept my insurance? How do I pay for services?
We accept most major insurance plans. We will bill your insurance for all medical visits, tests and procedures. Our Premier Patient Plan includes an annual fee. Separate fees are associated with supplementary services, events, and seminars, and are due at the time of service. Please visit our ‘billing’ page for more information on billing policies.
